Square One Support FAQ
When you register your Square One Personal Server online, an account with Quad Micro Works's Dynamic DNS service is created for you automatically. There is no separate signup procedure for the DDNS service.
When registering your personal server, if you intend to use the DDNS service, be sure to fill in the field labeled Dynamic DNS hostname. The hostname, with ".mysquareone.net" appended to it, then becomes your domain name for the personal server -- for example, "abc.mysquareone.net".
To use the DDNS service, just open the admin interface of your personal server (usually http://square_one:8090), go to Networking > Dynamic DNS, enable Dynamic DNS, and fill in your account details. For QMW's DDNS service, your username and password are the ones you specified on the product registration form.
If you have already registered your personal server but did not choose a DDNS hostname, you can choose a hostname by logging in on this page and clicking Edit Your Profile.
